ANTI SMOKE / ANTI WARPAGE
The Plasma Cutting process can create Smoke that can be a Heath Hazard and Heat that can cause Warpage on Thinner Material
To minimize both Smoke and Warpage we use Water that can be Sprayed directly on to the Metal where the Plasma is Cutting using our Mister Attacment, and by filling a Water Pan that sits under the Material being Cut.
MISTER
The Mister is incredibly easy to use.
The Go Fab CNC Machine will know when you're using the Plasma Cutter and Spray the Mister before Firing the Plasma and continue Spraying throughout the Cut.
This helps to Minimize both Smoke and Heat Warpage created by the Plasma Cutting process.
PAN
The Water Pan provides the best Anti Smoke and Anti Warpage capabilities and can be added to any of our Flat Table Machines.
