Creating a 4x8 design

How do you make a full 4x8 design in inkscape? The page only goes to 650mm..... I dont have a plasma table yet. I'm just wanting to make sure I can design what I want to use the table for before I buy the table.

If you go to the file tab, and down to "document properties". A dialogue box will shop up and about half way down in the "custom size" switch the measurement to inches and make it 48"x96" then you will have a full scale of a sheet.
