Those look great! nice cuts with that Everlast 80.... I'm planning a 45xp but that everlast is looking good. I'm just scared of reliability based on what I've read. You know how that goes though...you never know how true those complaints are. Based on your cuts though....Look good

So far i have had zero issues with the everlast machine. I have only gone up to 55 amps cutting 1/2" but it had no problems with that. It has been cutting day after day! I really like the digital amp readout on the machine and the actual pressure gauge for fine tuning. Also the water separator has been working very well, I am in Wisconsin and my compressor is outside so i get alot of condensation but it traps every bit of it with zero effect on the cut!!

Chad, what kind of moisture separator have you been using?

I just use the tank drain, a rather cheapo speedair collector inline then the one that came on the machine. My air line goes about 100 feet before it gets to the table with 2 significant drops. At the first drop is where the speedair one is and that catches almost all of my moisture. I have yet to have any moisture at the machine itself.
