Who is full time?

I'm curious to see how many here are full time with their machines and feel like they are doing well. I'm still at it trying to get my financial situation in order, so that I can drive down and lay cash out to get mine ordered. This is going to be a full time thing for me, and would like to get an idea of how the rest of y'all are doing.

What do you make, do you enjoy it now as much as when you started? I'd really like to know what y'all think.

You can be full time IF you have enough supporting machines and equipment to do a majority of the supporting metal work. Welders, Benders, Brakes are the bare minimum. The faster you can get through a job, the more money you essentially make an hour. For example, drilling a holes all day in steel vs. hole punch. Hole punch takes a couple of seconds. Also, having a Capacitive Stud Welder speeds up production 100x over other methods of trying to mount steel art and signs.

Just stuff to consider. Getting a table isn't the end all, be all money maker. It literally becomes a small part in your overall arsenal for business success.

I am full time and was about to write a paragragh but Ecomouse pretty much nailed it. Do not constrain yourself to on area at startup be versatile.
My mantra my first year on my own has been " the word NO is not in my vocabulary" I will tell you, I am recapping the year in Quickbooks and my Machine has given me an R.O.I. 5 times. with the Christmas season here now. Last year Christmas netted me $12k.
Be smart, TAKE CARE OF YOUR MACHINE, it will take care of you
