Pierces didn't go so hot (actually to hot :P ) but edge start worked good! I drilled a hole for the center pierce.

I get jitters in 10ga at 50amps 1400mm
16ga jitters at 30amp 750mm and 40a at 1400mm. Having trouble getting clean cuts so can’t do art work until its cleaned up.

The way the torch is clamped is the issue. If you look in the Tips and Tricks section under (Cuts look jagged or sawtooth like) Bdspindles made a fantastic looking clamp which i think is the direction i am going to go. But yes anything over like 400mmpm i get a crazy torch jitter on sudden direction changes.

Wow, I never thought it would be a clamping issue. Looks like I found another project for my cnc mill. Thanks. I’ll post a picture when I get the clamp milked out.
