awesome job dude. Are you using a nesting program or did you manually lay it out?

I manually lay it out on the tablet, have not ventured into a program for nesting yet.

I’d be surprised if a nesting program did better than that. There’s a trick for doing common line cutting that lets you still use the tablet offset and pierce point generator, but you have to take kerf width into account when designing the cut path. Basically, if you make open cut paths inside a shape, it will cut the open cut paths first without offsets or pierce points, then cut out the outer shape with offsets and pierce points.
