The torch comes down burns a hole the plasma stops and torch raises up and stops . Then I get a message on the tablet that says it can not find the metal. Any one having the same problem ? I contacted Gofab but have not gotten any response. My table has been down for 2 months now . Need help

Have you tried turning off the "arc ok" signal on the tablet?

I have not but will try today thanks for the clue
