This link will always be updated with the newest fixes and show the current version.

REVERTING BACK TO THE CURRENT SOFTWARE
The new ACCELERATED Software does NOT delete or alter the current Settings (Feedrates/Cut Heights/etc.).

If you need to Revert:
1. Put the Switches back to their previous state on the Drivers in your Control Box
(only switch the Top 2 Drivers and the Bottom Driver - leave the Second from the Bottom like it is)
- Top 3 Switches go to the Right
- Bottom Switch goes to the Left
2. Use the ACCELERATED Software to Revert the Table to the previous Software.
(Keep in mind this will only revert you to version 3.18. You can use 3.18 to revert to 2.0 if you need to)
- Tap the Red Gear Button at the Bottom Left of the Go Fab CNC App
- Go to Table Settings (if asked, passcode is 4444)
- Go to Update Table
- Select Revert to Previous
3. Delete the ACCELERATED Software on your Tablet
4. Install the Previous Software on your Tablet
- 3.18 Software
- 2.0 Software
5. Go to the Settings inside the Go Fab CNC App and select Table Settings and select your Table size.

I applied the update. The table size is all wrong. Only travels about 2*2. I have a 4*4 table and changed the drivers and mentioned in the app. I don't see anyway to specify I have a 4*4 table in the app. It used to be under table settings but not there anymore. Please help asap. Hoping this update fixes the numerous issues I'm having with this table and software. Thanks

When did you download the Accelerated Software?

Did you Update the Table too after installing the Accelerated Software?

Is it moving faster? If not, then the Table didn’t get the Update.

In addition to the above,

Table settings screen doesn't work

Material settings are not applied when cutting. Doesn't matter what I have it at, when it loads to the cut it sets it to 28g and won't load anything else.

Adjusting cut height to a smaller number doesn't do anything.

Rotating a part only rotates one piece of it, have to turn on and off auto discovery and then it will rotate. However it leaves a ghost part. The original is there but not visible anymore. Have to walk through the steps and delete each section.

Yes

Yes

I switched the drivers back and now it travels the whole table but not sure it's right.

Thanks

Is it Accelerating and Decelerating when it’s moving using the Controller Screen?

Is it moving Faster?

Yes it moves much faster and smoother than before except while homing. Homing is slower than before.

Just reread your post. If it’s moving faster and Accelerating, then it got the Update.

If you need to get in to the Machine Settings to pick your Table size, go to the Settings Menu by pressing on the RED Button with a WHITE Gear and then go to Table Settings.

The Passcode is: 4444

Then go to Table Settings again in the next menu and you can see t your Table size.

Make sure you put the Switches back to the new way before doing this!

Thanks for the help, making some progress now. After flipping the drivers back, and setting the table size it is working better. Calibrated the Z axis again and I can adjust the cut height now.

Still have to make all the changes to the 28g material settings. No other sizes load. This is OK for now.

Need to be able to turn off torch height control. That has never worked for me. How do I do that in the new version?

Thanks!!

You may have to select the PowerEdge Plasma Cutter to see all of the Materials/Thicknesses. We’ll update the other Plasma Cutters to show all of the Materials and Thickness shortly.

To turn OFF Automatic Torch Height Control, Tap on the Plasma Button to show the Plasma Panel and tap Trace Material Surface to turn it OFF.

What’s the issue with the THC? Call our Customer Support and we’ll get it working.
