Wanting to find out who submerged their metal to cut in a water table and if there are any advantages to doing so? GreenCut recommends it. I personally haven’t tried but I think I might. Wanting to know others experience with this.

I have mine right up to the backside of the plate but I'm also curious about completely submerging it. The edges of my water pan would allow me to cut 11 ga about 3/4" under water but don't know how that will go lol

Cut last night with the water 1/8" over my plate and it cuts amazing!! Top side is perfect crisp lines and almost no dross on the backside! Used to have to rip dross off with 36 grit wheel now I just buzz it with a 120 grit and its minty!
