CPC Port
The Hypertherm plasma cutter has a different CPC port than the Everlast.
I need to re-wire the CPC port and am having trouble finding the pin-outs on the Everlast port.
Any help would be appreciated.

Re: CPC Port
I have the port pin outs from my Everlast manual. (Plasma cutter is in for warranty repair/replacement again).
I bought a Hypertherm plasma cutter, and now need to hook it up.
The GoFab terminal stip to Everlast pin outs are as followed:
Terminal 1 CPC pin 1 Start/Stop
T2: pin 2 Start/Stop
T3: pin 6 (+) Manual pairs that pairs with pin 4 for divided arc voltage.
T4: pin 7 Raw arc voltage that pairs with pin 5.
T5: pin 9 OK to move
T6: pin 10 OK to move (Normally Open contact to 9)
Pins 6 and 7 appear to be the plasma cutter output to the controller and 9 and 10 are the OK to move pins.
The Everlast manual reads to me that pins 6 and 4 output divided arc voltage and 9 and 10 are inputs for a normally open relay.
Which arc voltage signal is being used?

Re: CPC Port
Sam got me going. It was a little more involved than just connecting a couple wires.

Re: CPC Port
I'd like to see a wiring diagram for this as well. I like the Everlast setup but getting consumables is a pain as no one stocks them in house and everything has to be ordered online. I've been considering going to something that the local welding supply stocks.
