CPC hookup hypertherm 45xp

My job recently purchased a new plasma cutter for our table. we hooked up all the wires correctly(or so we think) neither sam or ryan can help us because the table will fire and not follow the tool path or it wont fire and will run the tool path. we are lost for solutions can anyone help out.
