We tested some others tips, some are just low quality. Attached please check some consumables feedbacks from customers.

Tip guides:

0.9 tip cuts sheet metal,thin metals. Adjust air pressure accordingly till the tip stops whistling.

1.0 tip good for 1/16” to 1/4” metal.

1.1 tip good for 1/8” to 3/8” metal.

1.2 tip good for 3/8” to 5/8” metal.

1.3 tip good for 1/2” to 1” and better or thicker. Adjust air pressure accordingly.

Make sure to assemble the tips right way the last picture shows, do not forget to assemble the swirl ring in between outer tip and inner tip/electrode, do not reverse it, make sure the inner tip/electrode is tight, or your torch may get damaged sooner!
