Final, loaded up ready to weld. 1st fixture tacks all components, 2nd welds out top. 3rd welds out btm.
Manually in their shop takes 4 guys 3 days to produce 150 buckets, we did it with one guy, in a day and a half.

Here is a project for one of my Robotic projects, this is a tab and slot fixture, I did this on a waterjet for precise fit but, the concept can be employed on Plasma.
