I don’t think there’s a way to do that on the tablet yet. What I’ve done before is load the gcode onto ncviewer.com and delete all the parts that have been cut out already.

Wordpad is a word processor and adds a lot of extra info to files like font, page format, etc. You want to use a text editor, like notepad.

Pieces popping up hasn’t been an issue, really. If they’re small enough to pop up, the safe travel height is high enough to travel over them. If I’m cutting something intricate out that I know is going to be a problem I just keep an eye on it and pause the robot, clear the piece, and resume. As for ...

Kerf is about 1.5mm for me, 2mm for 3/8” plate. Dross can be bad out of the box but can be tuned to where it knocks off quick and easy. Custom Firepit
Everything but the tubing was cut out on the table from a 4’x5’ 10 gauge sheet. Customer is going to paint it, I’ll try to get pics from him after it’s painted.
