Is there a specific set of steps that always results in those lines showing up? I’m trying to bullet proof some parts of the tablet against slightly malformed but mostly OK gcode.

I’m using 10 gauge, but generally if I find myself burning through consumables on thicker stuff, backing off the ignite/plunge/cut height tends to help. On 1/2” the steel was spraying back up and grabbing the tip while piercing.
