I would try completely uninstalling Inkscape and doing a fresh install. Anytime I’ve had an issue like that a fresh install usually fixes it.

Hey Greg, Try removing the torch completely from the holder and test fire it. Make sure you have brand new consumables and the swirl ring is placed so that it fits on the tip. Hey Greg, check the fuse in the front of the plasma cutter. Pull the fuse out fully and make sure the fuse holder itself is okay.
