Re: new purchase

I have had some problems with dxf too. If it's an outlined path you can hit shift f7 and fill it, then move the shape off as a solid black svg. It will be a useable vector then. You can't convert all dxf files directly into gcode. I think if illustrator is used it has multiple small lines in the dra...

Re: Northern Indiana owners

I have had my table for 6 months and initially it didn't go well. I can tell you to get to know Justin well and buy him drinks and dinner. Lol. He will answer your calls and questions. He is the only reason I still have my table. They sent him to my home in Florida and he fixed the issues I had. It ...

Pierce point

I have been able to get files to gcode and to the tablet but I'm curious about the Pierce points. Are there lead in and lead outs or are they on the cut paths. I can't see lead ins if they exist. I did see a pic on here that showed lead in arcs so I am curious.

Re: Just got my table running but might have a problem

It turns out it was a loose nut on the tablet. (Me). So everything was normal. Thanks for all the responses.

Re: Just got my table running but might have a problem

Thanks for the reply. Is the adjustment obvious. I haven't looked at it too much. I did move them down to put the gantry on. Do you know what caused the thumping sound?

Just got my table running but might have a problem

I got my table on and it is responding to the tablet but I'm getting a knocking sound as it moves and I can feel it in the gantry. Also both motors are getting warm. Is this normal?
