Im also cutting some fire pits out of 3/16. What settings are you running for 3/16 steel? im going through consumables really fast and looking to see what others are running.

I updated my table and app recently and have had nothing but problems since. Here are some test cuts show one of the many problems I've had! None of the lines are actually straight. I use the hypertherm jet post processor in fusion360 and it works great. I also use hypertherm jet post and have had great success. What is the process you use to cam your parts? I.E.
